Stephen has been doing work on my parents house in Santareme for a few years now . So when I bought my property this year he was the only person I reckoned could fix all the mould and general neglect of the place . I received a very detailed quotation with all the materials being used. Working with Stephen and his team was a very positive experience . The results here speaks for itself ... my house has been given a total new lease on life . Stephen is very punctual, explains the whole process of work being done and is always present to follow every step of the work . The Team proved to be very professional, friendly - always left the areas neat before leaving . Will be using Stephen's services yet again next year. I can recommend his company to anyone who needs serious, dedicated and professional results.
My place is not that far from the sea, and the need for great preparation as well as great paint coverage was essential. Enter SFB Waterproofing and their technical conversation moves up a good few notches, and not only do you talk paint, but also the total of 6 preparatory steps that ensure longevity. My advise is to meet and talk to Stephen and give yourself the time to understand the professional "paint" language that he speaks, and all I can say (as a technically specific person) that he did exactly what he said he would do, and during the painting process he kept me appraised at all times, and now 2 years later the paint job looks no different from the day it was completed. I certainly am an SFB Waterproofing and Painting fan!
We have done major renovations to our home in 2019 but soon discovered serious defects and leaks. After extensive repair work and very good professional advice, SFB Waterproofing & Painting did a quote with explanations of the processes and materials to be used. The work was completed on time, very neat, surpassing our expectations regarding quality and we were sent updating pictures regularly. With a very friendly Stephen at the helm, I can recommend his business unreservedly.
The scariest experience I have ever had... the over promising and lack of professionalism from the owner was outstanding. Would not recommend anyone put themselves through the trauma of having to deal with Stephen and his team. STAY AWAY
