This is a trap I lost my job due to covid now I dnt have any source of income they refuse to pay my credit card they said I claimed within 6 months aggg like I knew that covid was coming so please guys don't even fall for this trap

Have sent email twice querying notification of unilateral decision to adjust our excess, but not so much as an acknowledgement, let alone a response. .. am going to contact Insurer direct yet again - have no idea what SBIB does for clients - they certainly do not act as brokers as we have always had to handle claims ourselves.
