Very bad experience for the first purchase. An employee by the name of James has no regard for customers. He is simply arrogant and mean. When I asked him about the delivery, he simply said “what must I do?” Really, I understand there are no jobs but James doesn’t deserve to have one. So much inconvenience. I regret buying from them.

I won't lie they are absolutely useless. The person who helped me with my order made a major issue and the accused me the client of being wrong. My man there is a major difference bettew 25mm and 76mm Sq tube how would u use 76mm on brandering? Put aside all that once I was able to get them to rectify the issue they turned around once again and declined as the tubes they had supplied in the beginning was cut ( by their people at their shop) Absolutely disgusting

The wait was horrendous, then when I went to collect steel they had no wire to tie steel to bakkie. What should have been a quick in and out took over an hour. Not impressed.
