This is the absolute worst experience I have EVER had from a hairdresser. I booked my mom and myself as it was her birthday, for 8am. Not a single person even greeted to start with, took me to do my hair at 9:15 left my mom unattended. The hairdresser didn't even do my hair the appie did. My scalp is on fire it is so sore. My mom ended up walking out at 10:30 and I ended up leaving with wet hair. They do not care about customers, money is the only thing they are interested in. Do not recommend at all.
Terrible terrible terrible. The stylist I had been going to treated me extremely bad and literally ignores me if I make a booking. She attacked me via Whatsapp on a day I needed my hair done for important event. I raised it to management but nothing was ever done to resolve it. Extremely disappointed as she was actually a good stylist with a stinking attitude
