It was a very pleasant experience to go to this optometrist. It's very laid back, hip and trendy but still very professional experience and quality products. I am very happy with my bi-focal lenses! Their branding and following system is also very easy to use and everything from the packaging of the frame and small gifts are very on brand and unique- Really love it. And you can sit and have coffee while you wait for your appointment or loved or just because! I highly recommend them!

There are many options out there when you need to have your eyes tested and when you need new lenses and a frame but I have never had an experience like the one I had at Bril Stellenbosch. Going to them is like having close friends in the optometry business. The optometrist even went outside with me with that lens thingamajig they build when you have your eyes tested so that I can see the difference between my normal vision and the lenses at a distance. After I had my prescription they also helped me pick out the perfect frame which I truly appreciated. I am not that clued up with fashion and the latest trends so I dreaded picking out the frame. With their help I actually enjoyed it! I will go nowhere else as long as I live in Stellenbosch, their service is truly unmatched!!

After an expensive, below-average experience at a major chain optometrist, I wasn't satisfied with my contact lenses and decided to give Bril a try. Thelmarie went out of her way to help me get the right contact lenses and help me figure out what was wrong when I wasn't 100% happy yet. Their service is incredible, their pricing affordable, their communication via WhatsApp super "oppit" and convenient and their branding and frame options miles ahead of the rest.
