Great for basics and conveniently located. Most of the staff are excellent and willing to help while some are a bit slow. Gentleman in the paint department spent 15 minutes helping me adjusting a little paint sample to match wall colour for patching up - shows a lot of care despite the small purchase. Dont wait for someone to help you - just walk up and ask.

I got kicked out of your shop wearing a plastic face mask by a lady not even covering her nose with a cloth mask. Other than the fact that builders prices are about 10 to 15 percent higher than anywhere else. Change your policy and maybe you with attract more trade customers. Keep chasing us away

No matter how many times I go back, they never cease to disappoint. A complete lack of assistance and if you do manage to force yourself onto one of the employees desperately trying to avoid eye contact, there is a severe lack of knowledge about the products they stock.
