Took 15 min to get past security. Took another 10 min to get to the cashier who could not answer one of my questions. The whole process, from the time of arriving at the gate to leaving is completely inefficient. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that they were pretty well stocked and I was appreciative of the friendly security lady at the gate

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! After making sure they received my money and it is cleared in the bank before releasing my order to the courier, THEY DID NOT HAVE STOCk!!!!!! Still struggling to get my REFUND!!! I WILL RATHER BUY FROM BONPAK, fast efficient service and BETTER prices!!!

The Consol Glass shop remains current and we'll.stocked as always. What I love is that the glass shop and Consol for that matter make or sell such innovative glass products so much so that the many alternatives on offer can be used, gifted or displayed in all homes. Friendly and helpful staff. Great in-store service. Struggle to get into contact with them via email and phone. Make sure stock is available before going to the shop.
Amazing glassware, good quality at very reasonable prices.
