To be honest, I expect MUCH more from this store chain. I mean, the ice-cream is great and all, but the staff are unwelcoming and unfriendly. My girlfriend and I made a quick stop here one afternoon. Being the only people in the store, not one of the two staff members that were on duty bothered to look us in the eye or greet us properly. I firmly believe that you can't expect customers to keep coming back if your staff are rude and reluctant to answer your questions about the store or the product. I won't be coming back, nor will I be recommending anyone to visit here.

Think you need a different face in the store! Staff have zero capability to manage and del with issues. R140 for x2 of the picture, two tiny scoops. Portions are small for what you pay, not worth your money!

I had the most incredible visit here. The lady that served our ice cream was very funny and so friendly. The ice cream was YUMMY! I had an oreo ice cream. It was a bit pricey, but I would go back once in a while to spoil myself. They also have an instagram room with cute flamingo wallpaper where you can snap some pics.

Ice is of good quality, however R 130 for 2 medium (2 small scoops per cup) ice-creams is far overpriced for what we received. Many other places offering the same quality for half the price. Staff needs some training; for these prices you expect at least a smile and a friendly welcome.

Great espresso. Incredible Ice cream. (For the same price as a three course meal and glass of wine at Asami's. The bill hurt).
