Amazing experience, definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a day of relaxation and spa treatments. Friendly service great food too. Cant wait to go again. Money well spent

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience despite having been recommended by family and friends to try them out. 4 of us went for 90 minute full body massages. When we arrived, there was no warm welcome, we were simply told to undress in a room that was not big enough to accommodate 4 people (2 therapists and 2 people being massaged). The room had no facilities such as a bathroom or a mirror or nice decor. No music was played, no nice smelling aromas, no spa vibe. The massages were best described as a rub down. Needless to say we left very disappointed.

What was to be a special day turned into a disappointing experience. When we arrived I was shown to a changing room that had unfinished floors, no working locker, a stained gown and no working shower. The treatment rooms are below par with broken beds, broken pillowcases, towels and stains on most it also smells mouldy so one is left wondering when last it was washed. The rooms have poor ventilation, peeling paint and no spa like ambiance like a candle, incense, appropriate lighting soft finishes. NOTHING . The electricity and water was off for half of the day. So no toilet and limited choices as not all treatments could be offered. It is a construction sight with workmen walking around while we sitting outside. The staff are friendly but some can do with more training and less talking amongst each other while they working. Please don't waste your hard earned money until management has had a serious look and commit to make the necessary changes. This company cannot take ones money and not deliver. There are far better spa's one can visit who actually knows what they doing.

We had the full day massage in a beautiful setting in the Cape Winelands. This includes 6 different massages as well as breakfast and lunch. The masseurs are wonderful and the service is great. A lovely outing for girlfriends or a couple. Great as a birthday or anniversary gift.

Always such a wonderful experience. Such a warm welcome and a very high and consistent standard of massage and care. The food is lovely, sparkling wine, cake and chocolate. A lot of cares is taken to attention to detail. I love it here.

The staff is so sweet. We had the whole day spa and lunch there. The lady that gave me the full body massage is Pulani and she did such a great job. I feel rejuvenated and lighter. Thank you so much for the excellence service rendered to us.
