In a town full of bike shops, Mason's in the only one that feels like my "Local Bike Shop". One of the nicest guys in the business.

I broke my dropper lever in a crash and every other shop I talked to wasn't very helpful. When I went to Mason's, he ordered me a new lever the same day. Once the lever arrived, I dropped the bike off in the morning and it was done by the afternoon. They did a fantastic job on it too. So helpful and super nice people. I highly recommend.
The owner is an experienced bike rider who is extremely friendly and will surely get you not only a good deal on a bike but also provide tips on trails and how to operate your bike. I would definetly recommend to anyone looking for not only a new bike but also bike repairs.
Have bought 4 bikes from Mason over the years. Most dependable and best value in Stellenbosch. This guy goes out of his way to look after his customers.
Very friendly service. Needed a certain length screw and the cut it to the right length free of charge. Only benefiting me and not them. Will use them again in the future.
