Service at this branch has always been excellent and I enjoy the friendly staff. I do not, however, understand why I cannot call this branch directly. The call center wasted my airtime and then dropped my call in the process of putting me through to the Stellenbosch branch. Not happy about that.

Wonderful, skillful and professional staff - especially the Optometrist Jacque le Roux, who went out of his way to assist me with a fairly urgent problem with my specs, even though they had been purchased elsewhere. A great team!

I had good service in store but then trying to get any information following up from this has been a nightmare - I have sent many emails without replies and even when I have phoned I did not receive the information I needed or was promised.. still waiting for my prescription
