Very helpful sales manager. Good deals ... Datsun Go with insurance for only R2000 a month...not bad

Worse car buying experience, bought a car from a sales lady by the name of Claire for my wife for the valentines in Feb 2020. Car was all looking fine, we flew from JHB to CPT as I wanted an accident free car. 2 months of driving the car; left rear door does not locking then logged a complaint them which I was told the sign off papers are faultless. Sent it to their the Glen JHB branch & was told it was involved in an accident & I must pay R6.5K. Logged a complaint with them, MOISA & NCC zero help. Then 8 months down the line issues with breaking system and petrol gauge not working. SO IF YOU WANT A CAR, STAY AWAY FROM THESE!!!

Dear Public, Don't be CONNED here... Please AVOID buying from Group 1 Nissan, Stellenbosch, for your own best, peace of mind and sanity. It's not worth the drama. False advertising Uncaring Liars...? 1. They are strategically falsely advertising vehicles KM readings until you just about paid then tell you and what else... 2. Delayed vehicle registrations by more than 2 months and lying about the delays, so what else... 3. You the customers having to follow up with their vehicle registration documents and BEG them for it... 4. You the customers having to ask for a new temp license since it keep expiring ( x3 ) and still no license received... 5. You the customer having to take your time to go and do a Roadworthy test YOURSELF since they are avoiding the license situation... 6. You'll be ignored or avoided by phone calls and even emails to Sales Staff and Management, so what will happen once you now have a car from them...You'll be on your OWN dealing with the possible issues Yourself. They make you feel bad and regret ever buying a car from, but you are paying them for the service. Hence this review since I don't want my fellow person to ever be in this type of situation. I hope this helps anyone who's job, title, livelihood or first time buying experience wouldn't also be at stake. Don't be conned by this dealership!

Great place to service a vehicle. Made my booking online and received a phone call. They also offered a vehicle to drive me to work while my vehicle was being serviced. Everything went smoothly. You guys are awesome

I bought a Renault recently and had it serviced at G1. The building is shared by a couple of dealers, and the reception service is shared. After numerous calls, I was each time unable to reach whom I called for in the first place, and the person answering the phone did not want to give their name, nor could they take proper notes to relay a message.
