Will never return. I spent thousands of Rands at this store before and when you are in the market for a rifle they are the friendliest people on the face of the earth. When I bought a pair of boots and wanted to return it they said they have a no exchange policy. What the hell? When I asked how does this fit in with the Consumer Protection Act the arrogant manager, Marco, was called and he said he can assure me their head office's lawyers would have taken care of that. I bought an pistol from them last week and rounds. Today I bought earmuffs, more rounds and a pair of glasses. I was not given an option to try any of the items on, because according to the salesman they were sealed in the packaging. Got to my car, opened the items, by cutting the plastic with my knife. The earmuffs fit, but the glasses were to small. I returned to the shop immediately, but was informed by the manager that they are not prepared to exchange the glasses because I damaged the packaging. This is the type of service one gets from them after spending R11000, might be that this was to little. Will have to look for a company that is more understanding. Very disappointed. I have heard bad things from them before, but decided to try them out myself, now I can agree.

Purchased a Warthog sharpener many years ago and some parts were broken and required replacement. Popped in yesterday to find out if it is possible to order parts for such an old item. Chad helped me super quickly and explained that parts are ordered from George, but he will contact me once it arrives. Today, I have the parts and I only paid the R80 courier fees. Well done Chad and Safari & Outdoor Stellenbosch. Your efficient and friendly service is off the charts. Highly recommend this outlet.

There are specials this month and phoned for boots of R2400. My size was available and asked if they could reserve it for me. the next day I will come, its a 50 minutes drive . This was not possible, I had to come and when it was sold than, ja I had bad luck and could drive back again 50 minutes.back. Any way, Safari Outdoors Stellenbosch sales man should go on a course To have nice and expensive marketing and than to be let down my incompetent staff...........?????
