Totally shocked and disappointed at the poor level of service they now provide. I will never ever take any one of my BMW to them again! They have evolved now from BMW Specialist to ordinary general mechanics. The passion for BMW'S is gone.

Excellent service and reasonably priced. Wilhelm himself worked on my Ford Fiesta and phoned me daily with a well-structured update. All the interaction with their staff at the workshop and on the phone was honest and honourable, and made a really good impression. The shuttle service was ready within minutes to take me where I needed to be for the day and I could specify the pickup time as well. They managed to succesfully repair a part themselves which otherwise would have costed me an extra R2500 to replace if I took my car to the dealership workshop. Highly recommended.
