My experience with this establishment was horrid. The ring was bought this year and after a few months of not much usage the diamond fell off... They humbly took it back and did not communicate when same was ready to pick up. The staff is highly unfriendly and has a complete disregard for shoppers, busy having their own conversations. Furthermore the ring which was returned to me was either not the one I gave to the store or was damaged during repair because It returned with one of the side split shank bent... I compared it to my previous ring using pictures and same was not bent... Will not choose to shop here again!!!!!
