The service at Sterns Kenilworth branch was not good at all. My husband ordered a ring for my birthday and it had to be specially made for us. There was no progress updates if we did not call ourselves. And I honestly think they should try and move aeay from using notebooks and capture all notes onto a database for easy reference. Other than that I love my ring.

Did a lay bye at this store. Excellent service, but my piece of jewelry did not come with a valuation certificate, even though it met the carat requirement.
