My head gasket blew and the engine was replaced at this workshop at the cost of R40k. The car was then towed to Cape Town, where I live, but it was misfiring when I received it. I raised the matter with them and it was resolved at SAC"s (boksburg) cost at the milnerton branch in Cape Town; credit for this. Within a month, the engine kept on overheating and I took it to the milnerton branch where the petrol pump was replaced at about R5K. The head gasket of the replaced engine blew within weeks. Neither branch accepted responsibility. The milnerton branch referred me to boksburg and they referred me to the milnerton branch.

When googling for a dyno tuning workshop in the East Rand, SAC Boksburg comes up. When I called them, they do not have a dyno. False advertising? Not too happy about that.

They fitted a new slip ring for me, slip ring was fitted fine but they could not succeed with the coding. I still had to pay the quoted price and now I have to take my car to the dealer and go pay again for something SAC promised they could do!
