Wish i could give a Zero! The internet says it closes at 16:00 but i came justvafter 15:00 and look at the sign on the door... Terrible.. But i forgot, in south africa the goverment lets the emoloyees decide what hours theybare comfortable working.. I needed to go to durban but since they decided they are not working their full hiirs i will have to spend the night cause customers can wait.

This department is not like other departments is like the are working for serious company that is customer focus.is like actually not working for government totally different from other government department.they now what is a human being.repect.customer services.this is real public seventhhood well trained and competent to do the work with pride and dedication. Not a good experience at all. Was standing in the sun for 1 hour 15 minutes, with no progressing of the row. If we need to adhere to pleads to keep distances and keep safety.....and me, as the public, commit and adhere to that. And respect your workplace.....don't think its out of order or arrogant to ask to be treated with the same respect and dignity. A good day with positive intentions became a day of pure frustration. And still no lisence and no answers to a problem and enquiry trailing now for 6 months.
