Hi, When I initially rented the storage unit I was advised the deposit will be paid back once I left the unit. Sent emails and even visited your branch twice advised the deposit for a vacated storage unit B31 will be paid back into the account as soon as possible because your staff is on leave till today, nothing. Left the unit on the 31st of January 2021 and deposit refund for the unit was never paid back to me it’s April now. Very disappointed with how I was treated as a client, with Boksburg storage you’re never given feedback with complaints. Thanks Millicent Gebe

Got a unit here and was very impressed with the service, the company itself is a bit pricey, but you getting value for money with high end security and a well maintained facility.
Professional, neat and clean. Well-managed corporate setup. Steep price increase recently because they are 90 per cent full. Open 8-6 Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings.
BEWARE. I have being trying to get MY MONEY double debited from my bank accout by STORAGE GENIE, since February 2020. They have NEVER even bothered to respond to my many emails. They had an Indian based accounting firm doing their accounts. This company regularly raided my bank account under different names and finally left with me with a loss of R2505.72 on the 4th of July 2018.
Dale is the best, he offers a superb service all the time ... he goes an extra mile to ensure his customers receives the best deal and he's very kind and pleasant to work with.

Dale is a great person always helpful and kind to clients,the storage space is great depending on what size you looking for,very safe and easily accessible when you need anything. My problem is the manager called Tumi Kgodungwe l have never seen a manager conduct himself in that manner he is plain rude and disrespectful.he behaves like he is above everyone else he doesn't listen to anyone.this guy honestly needs to fired or taken back to training on how to deal with customers.there is no way one can pay R1800 every month and be disrespected by that raccoon.the company needs to do something or they will lose clients that trust them.
