The storage facilities are excellent and very well maintained. The staff are professional, helpful and always friendly. I recommend them without fear of contradiction based on our positive experience.
I rented a unit here for over 2 years and so I believe my review is honest. Firstly within my first few months of rental, they increased the rentals, which I had an issue with but all my stuff was already there and I couldn't go through the hassle of moving it. The rentals will increase sharply and often so be prepared for that. Also after years of paying this business, when it came time to leave, I received a very rude and disrespectful email from Bernadette. Like many businesses in South Africa I believe they cherry pick whom they will treat with respect and whom they will not. I regret ever giving this business a cent of my money, let alone tens of thousands of rands over the course of 2 years. Take your hard earned money and support elsewhere.
Gosh what service!! I had the most traumatic move and needed to make a plan, a fast plan. Spoke to Bernadette and she was AMAZING!! The service was so great that I moved all of my possessions to them the next week. I have 3 units and am moving into dream forever home and finally relaxed that everything is safe and easily accessible. In fact because I have my possessions with Stor-age Durbanville my quote to move (again) is less because of how easy and accessible it is!! Clean, organised and genuinely caring and lovely people - most needed in times of moving and upheaval!! Thank you Bernie and team!!

One of the best services experience I have received recently . I recommend that you use Bernadette Rodney [email protected] As she is an excellent consultant with high service skills that will have you feeling right at home. Keeping you updated with where you are in the process and assisting you with a personal touch. The facility is really clean and easy to store even the biggest of furniture. Good hours to access the facility when needed and at a Good price for those people working on a budget. Thank you RSA Durbanville
