It's just a pleasure knowing ones treasured possessions are safe, secure and in a clean storage facility. The staff at the gate and office are always courteous and helpful. It is evident that everyone is trained well to live the brand. I've experienced the same warm reception at your other facilities and that is unique!

Wow Wow Wow is all I can say!!! Thank you so much Stor Age Edgmead for all you amazing assistance with regards to helping us store all our personal belongings until we found our home!! Access to unit super easy and available at such convenient times. Security on it like no other. Affordability is there and you definitely get your monies worth. And lastly as for Sam whom runs the admin and office side, if it wasn't for her I don't know how we would of done it, she helped us in every way needed and never had a chance to deal with someone so friendly, kind and just actually caring!!! From the first time i walked into the office and met Daphne who had a smile on her face that could light up the darkest room, to dealing with Samantha via email and telephone, the experience and service I received from these 2 ladies was unbelievable and an absolute pleasure in a time when good service is often forgotten. I will recommend Stor-Age in Edgemead for anyone looking for short or long term storage for their personal or business goods. Looking forward to a long business relationship with these lovely people.
I spent the better part of a year and a half as a tenant at Store-age Edgemead. Superb service from the get-go. I was in a race against time to find a place to store my valuables from overseas. And then it was Superwoman Sam Seas to the rescue. She's the complex manager by day and night, and superhero throughout. Her assistance through my entire stay was superb. And the fact that I got great coffee at the office on multiple occasions - certainly made me feel more like family, and less like a client. Five-stars for quality service and professionalism. Highly recommended if you need to store any of your valuables and priceless items. You memories are quite safe here. Robin Adams, Istanbul.

Wonderful service from Sam and the team. I was promised an alternate storage unit if mine was too small once I moved in & was happily surprised that this communication was shared with the Sunday security staff who reminded me of this offer! Attentive service made for a great 1st experience!
Friendly staff, went here to drop off the Santa shoebox and the staff were so thankful and happy to see all the boxes come in, when I had to amend one the boxes on collection day, they held my boxes back to pack in last so that I could fix it, such amazing kind human beings work here, would use them if I needed the storage as they are so accommodating and handled clients with a smile.
