I ALWAYS get such awesome service and things done(efficiently and promptly)from the staff at Strata. Louise has always been my go to person for everything. Recently I've also started dealing with Nicole as well and still really satisfied with the overall experience. I've also dealt with their claims representative in the past and he also gave me really good service. All in all, I am definitely in good hands when it comes to my short term insurance with Strata.
