Not only did you assist us with the necessary repairs to our vehicle ( even though the service center wasn’t open for the weekend ), but you assisted in organizing our rental vehicle and made courtesy calls to keep us updated with the progress of the repairs...you even made us a much needed cup of coffee to help ease the nerves and exhaustion that was creeping in after many hours on the road.
