Took my Forester for a major service, but a week later, and 400 kilometers away on a Saturday, the car just would not start, and all the mechanics were closed, and it was impossible to find an auto electrician, eventually got back to Port Elizabeth, I had the battery checked out and all the places said that the battery was okay, phoned Lester "bring it in anytime ", he said. So I especially took some time from work, with some logistics, to get the Forester to Hudson Spence Subaru, with a fully charged battery, they were only willing to test the battery (which they pronounce to be okay), and refused to check further, Lester even denied having a OBD2 scan tool. On the way to work, the car would not start two more times. Loud explatives from the mechanics, when I phoned in.

We drove in from Cape Town and our Xenon headlight globes blew. These guys were on it in quick time on a Friday afternoon and replaced the globes free of labour charge. They even managed to get the second globe delivered from another supplier as they only had the one in stock. We are really happy with the awesome service delivered.
