I thoroughly enjoyed my session. My instructor's name was Tania and she was genuinely an excellent demonstrator. She was also very patient and audible throughout the class. Prior to having my lesson scheduled, I spoke to Lindi who was also very friendly and helpful when it came to making my booking. She was also very informative which was comforting to me as I was a first time attendee. Excellent service.

Awesome place to let loose and get fit and strong! All types of different classes available. Conditioning, flex, sensual dance, aerial hoops, silks and pole. Something for everyone. Bachelorette parties also available which are really fun! Big, spacious studio, friendly instructors, you feel you can be yourself. Parking available inside which is advisable.
