Pick up the phone. I want my money.
Please beware of Sunbet, they are unethical and steal your money. I paid in R1500 and took bets for R1500. After the bets were paid out, my balance was R825. When I tried to withdraw it, they rejected my withdrawal and tried to force me to bet further. I told them I don't want to bet so they said I will then forfeit R500 of the R825. This is absolutely ridiculous. Easy to pay money in, but don't think you are getting it back.
Can't believe the sun internation group asosiate themself with this company, must be one of the worsed companies i delt with in years, client service there's none, staff treat client with no respect and if you open a company to the public please have all your rules and regulations in place, luckily there is other online betting companies out there!!!
Deducted money from account without showing on sunbet and won't get a refund. Don't use the online betting it's got too many errors you will lose your money
