Never in my life experienced such bad service. None of the lifts were occupied, and all the staff sitting and laying around. No one even moved to try and guide me onto the lift. Apparently the owner is on leave. It is sad that the owner cannot even go on leave and rely on his staff. Will rather go to TWT in the future.

Phoned to get a quote on shocks. Was told that they don't have shocks in stock and that they don't have price on hand. They advertise that they sell shocks, so they should at least have prices on hand if not actual stock. Person who assisted did not sound enthusiastic to assist me so that they could potentially get a sale.

I have subsequently had the brake problem sorted out, but the willingness of Supa Quick to resolve matters went a long way to restoring them to the rightful place of number one on my list for tyre replacement!
