Great customer care
I bought 4 tyres and told the wheel alignment will be included then out of the blue the mechanic said no actually the wheel alignment is excluded. I was so disappointed because I've always been given free wheel alignment when I buy 4 tyres even when I bought 2 tyres at the PE Superquick in North End. In that regard for me the service was poor. I will never buy tyres at this place again shame! I wouldn't advise anyone to coz I was told to pay R200 for it which I wouldn't mind if I hadn't bought 4 tyres CASH. Mnxim still get mad when I think about this and it was in March this year. I couldn't wait to get out of there coz Dunlop in Grahamstown said they would include it but I was already in Port Alfred.
