After a bad attitude greeting, they required proof of address, not any proof of address, only municipal water and lights account! I just left to try somewhere else. Went to Newlands trailers, they assisted me within 15 MINUTES.

Went to Total Garage Elarduspark after being telephonically ensured that a trailer was available (and NO mention of proof of residence needed). Understaffed (only one poor guy trying to help all the customers that came in to fetch trailers and book new ones on a Saturday morning month end). Impossible to help all customers. I left after an hour to try elsewhere, took eleven miniutes at Newlands Trailers in Morelettapark to book and check and hook and pay trailer.
Hood prices, long waiting times as there are no Supervisor
