I have had a few parcels sent to Swd but I must admit that even though I receive everything in perfect condition and on time, they are propably the rudest people I have ever come across! Not a friendly smile or a "Hallo". Just a "Come I'll be with you now!" Sad that public service have gone to a place you dread to go!
