Inconsistent sizing. First pair was XL, fits well Second time ordered XL. Came back way bigger than the previous XL, settled for a L that fits well. Now I ordered 2 pairs of L which is grossly 2-3 cm smaller than the previous L? It comfortable scrubs, but can you please be consistent in your sizing?

Tanc Scrubs are really messing with our heads. They used to be so good. Now this is how their small pants look on me whereas the medium is oversized. They are perfectly fit at the bottom until they get to the thigh area. They used to have perfectly fitting sizes for all types of bodies with proper sizes. Now it’s just confusing!

TANC offers an excellent service, they make sure that their customers are happy and satisfied. I had an issue with my order because of a mistake I made on my side. I gave them a call explaining the issue and within a few minutes it was sorted. I highly recommend this store.

It has been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my order. The order was for delivery to Durban which is a main centre. Very poor service and communication. Extremely disappointed. With so many other online scrub sites rather choose another. In response to your response: The delay was Never communicated. If I had known it would take over 3 weeks I would never have placed the order. The last communication I received was in response to my query about the delay on 14 March which claimed my order would be shipped that week. That was a lie. It makes no difference to me if others have received their orders in 3-5 days cos I'm still waiting since 7 March.

Ordered with a friend on the 3rd of March, got delivered today. TANC messed up our order by not adding our logos or epilette loops and buttons ( so why was delivery time so long). My friend drove to them to correct it, now we have to wait for who knows how long. And they gave us a voucher. What am I going to do with a voucher from a place that messes up orders? Very disappointed, actually would like a partial refund
