Absolutely terrible service. I was told I could drop off my paper work at anytime, So when I was available I went to drop it off. When I get there, I was greeted by a Tea Lady in an apron who was the only one willing to assist me with all queries. She didn't know much. She asked me who would I like to see and I told her who, A lady named Celeste. When she went to Celeste to tell her that I was there to see her, Celeste told her that she cant help me because I dont have an appointment. She then jumps in the car and drives away right infront of me. No one else was willing to assist me there. They saw me and ignored me. Made me feel like complete dirt. I actually felt like it was because of my race. So sad to see things like this in 2021. Completely terrible service.

Love VW Tavcor. You always get greeted with a smile and treated like royalty no matter the car! Constant updates, advise and reports on your vehicle when servicing. I have always received a great experience, the team really goes the extra mile for their clients, which is scarce today.
