This is the Kempton Park branch of the Elite Defence Academy. The style taught is a variation on Krav Maga that enables a person to act with confidence and purpose in the face of an attack. While the majority of the training is centred around unarmed combat, the more advanced practitioners receive instruction on weapon improvisation with everything from a ball point pen to a t-shirt. A very effective method of self defence that can be learned by anyone.
The fun part of being in class is that we learn together and we have fun doing so. The teachings is applied very easy and easy to learn. Krav Maga does not just give you confidence in what you do but the ability to protect yourself when you have to.
