I do not even what to give Tecsa Randburg one star. I needed a fan belt for a Whirlpool washing machine, the person behind the counter told me I must rather go to a car spare shop. If I went to Tecsa Roodepoort I would not even have to tell them for witch machine the sample part was, they would have known.

Claims to stock Bosch parts, but every part I asked about got the same response, "you'll have to contact Bosch directly". A more disinterested salesperson would be difficult to find.

TecsaReco had the part I needed to fix an old Defy dishwasher. The lady who assisted me was friendly and helpful and the small Christmas tree added some much needed cheer during the Corona Christmas season!

I can only add to the posting by Tebogo in that about the same time of his visit I also went to the same branch to try to buy a belt for my vacuum cleaner. There was nobody in the shop at the time and we approached a woman (not lady) of Indian origin. She barked at my partner demanding to know what he wanted. (No such thing as "Can I help you"). She then asked me if we were together and when I confirmed that we were she immediately shouted at me to leave as only one person was allowed in the shop at the same time. We were the ONLY people in there apart from the staff and whilst I agree totally with the precautions we all have to take as regards Covid19 there was no necessity in this case and even if there were then there is a polite way in which she could have conveyed this to a customer. When I was in retail any of my staff who spoke to a customer in this manner would have been fired on the spot even taking into account the over protection by law concerning the dismissal of employees. This woman should never been employed by anybody who values their business.
