I am so disgusted with the service. Telkom close to Pick n pay. Your staff is rude, unfriendly and not helpfull. Then when they cannot asssit us they send us to the other side of the Mall where there is another Telkom shop. When we get there it is closed. 18:15. SURELY your staff should know this??? This is why I rather prefer MTN and Vodacom. Wheb we visit their shops they cannot wait to assist us!

Nice automated message they give to the poor reviews they are given, they don't care if they lose customers. This is the mentality, attitude, and reputation a company needs. Staff think that they are doing you a favour by assisting you. Very poor service and work ethic. Oh well there is a competitor directly across your store who assisted with a smile. Maybe you should take notes.
