Walked into the shop and had a look around. Noticed that most of the sales people were preoccupied but did not even acknowledge my presence. Stood and waited for 15 minutes. Not once did anyone say they would come speak to me shortly or asked if I needed assistance. Had to go to the front desk to ask if there is anyone that can help. Pathetic customer service. Rather visit the Telkom at Key West Mall, they have more attentive staff and a ticket system

Pathetic service. We walked into the shop, there were 4 salespeople behind the counter. They all looked at us when we walked in, then turned back to each other and continued their conversation. Not even a simple hello, or can we assist. Definitely not recommended!

I have been trying to call since this morning just before 09:00, the line was still ringing. Just after 09:00 it gave a busy tone. Its now two and half hour later and still busy.

when they signed the contract they did not explain that the unlimited is really slow. also my contract was canceled and now im battling to get it back. no one gets back to you and they hardly answer the phone. this is now 3 days and telkom did not even phone me to say they are working on it. i will not advice anyone to go to telkom cradle stone.

An amazing group of people who assisted me to get in there, activate what I required and left with everything done in under 10 minutes. Wow!

Worst experience ever. I had to wait for so long and I ended up canceling the deal. REBECCA (assistant refused to assist. In fact ignored me) No follow up what so ever. I constantly had to go to the store every other day to get what was happening with the deal applied for. I felt like I wasn't of any importance to these guys
