Went to upgrade but they use a fingerprint scanner the scanner didnt work so one is just told they have to await for an override from someone doesnt work in the store - was told to come back the next day after they already processed the upgrade- the store has no supervisor for assistance when there fingerprint scanner is faulty - pathetic service but i guess its normal for telkom and we all know they cant do client service

Not actually sure why telkom thinks they have customer service. I went there because my phone was stolen, so I wanted to blacklist it and get a new sim. 50 minutes and 3 calls on their telephone to their callcentre later, I managed to get it done.
