Very disappointing. First I was told that they could not help me but will forward my cell no to the relevant department that will call me within an hour. Sadly I'm still waiting. To say the least your service has gone from bad to worse. Clients stand in queues for hours only to be told that they cannot be assisted. Your call centres are also ill equipped to service, desperate and frustrated customers.
