It was very well organized with the right COVID19 protocol. However the service was super slow. Super slow.

The service is appalling to say the least. I have been here for over an hour and im yet to be assisted,yet people who arrived after me in the store have been assisted promptly. No one has bothered to inform as to when I will be assisted and why I haven't been assisted!!!

The store is very clean and they're following all the safety measures "covid".. they also have the stock 'devices', u don't wait for orders.. once you're approved, u get what u want same time. I've been doing all my upgrades with them, since 2010

Horrible service. When I arrived, all the consultants were busy on their phones. They didn't have any clients to help, but didn't even bother to look up. They were also super arrogant and unwilling to even listen properly to the problem I had.
