Had o good friendly chat with the consultant while busy being attend and helped. I was there for a sim swap and as usual met the good guy. Oops we even joked about how silly names a linked to certain behavior or characters

We had extremely slow internet on what should be a reasonable speed, so we upgraded to a 10mbs line. The internet still seemed slow and not to my surprise we are paying full price and only getting half. Thay are robbing you. Never use them! Use your local wifi provider. You hold for days to get through to them.

Worst experience and service ever. My son applies for a contract, told his device will be here on Wednesday the 17th of March, they will call. Hear nothing. Went in today to hear what is happening( was told on the day he applied, no need to que, can just wait on the mobile device chair, did that) Service lady comes out, helps the gentlemen in the other que first, ask what is happening, how does the procedure work. Told to wait, will help just now, first helping the gentlemen. Finally a consultant helps, oh sorry you were declined because of low credit score..no phone call, nothing!! Maybe a good thing, with such service, actually no service!! Rather go elsewhere

The service is very slow if not very poor. Just to buy airtime, you can wait for almost an hour before you can be assisted.
