If you absolutely have to go to a Telkom branch, this is the one. Friendly, well-trained staff. The product is still Telkom, but you won't want to slit your wrists after dealing with the staff.

One of the worst services I ever received in my life. How does an agent just decide not to help you with your contract and change the way one deals with clients. But hey I am only one of the thousands of clients right? Wouldn't hurt if she is the epitome of rude... Can't wait to be done with this excuse of a service provider

After going to the Telkom at Trade Route mall, I see a huge difference with the service. The best part is that this branch tried to make sure that someone will at least ask why you are in the line and they inform you if they need anything before making you wait for 1 hour. They try and assist with the queue in a way which is fast. Tumelo assisted with the hardware fault and was efficient. This was the best experience I've ever had with Telkom and we all know how useless Telkom is...

A simple enquiry quickly turned to an unnecessary escalation because Edgar had a problem with the enquiry we had. No service resolution skills, no ettiquette. Edgar listened to respond and not to understand. As a Frontline Telkom representative, Edgar could have explored the enquiry a little bit more by referring to the check list signed at inception of the contract maybe his response could have been more profound but it was just clumsy, he was loud, turned the attention of the whole shop to us even after asking him to tone down his voice. There was no need for Nomsa to intervene if Edgar was interested in doing his job or maybe inadequately trained and or he was not honest during his job interview. He would do well in the back office. There is a lot of network providers that offer the same products and deals the only thing that will set you apart is customer experience and Edgar has done a good job at messing that one up single handedly

My first great experience @ Telkom Direct. This after being a Telkom customer for many years. I would like to thank Felicia and Edgar for being so helpful with regards to my urgent need for a new phone at VERY short notice. My existing phone had crashed and as a health professional I cannot afford to be without a phone. This team, starting with Godfrey on the customer care line, and then Felicia and Edgar, went above & beyond the call of duty to help me. Keep up the great work guys. You are my heroes. Now I know which branch of Telkom Direct to come to when I need good service.. and with a smile.
