Telkom Newcastle gives the worst support in the history of support. We have been sitting with a Telkom problem for more than a week where they will send someone and no one shows up for more than a week. If I could give them a negative 5 star that is what my rating would have been!

Telkom is useless. I’ve only had bad experiences. They always need so much information, your id, passport, birth certificate, bank statements, proof of residence everything, and thats just to get through the door. Northing pleasant about this place, everyone here hates their job too. If you think of going, don’t.

Service is good. But they don't take phone calls so you must visit them in person to resolve your problems, not via phone calls or emails. I find it irony especially for a telephone communication company.
