Terrible customer service, I enquired about a deal on the website thereafter received an email saying that I can visit any Telkom store to apply for it, when I got there the lady at the door was very rude just saying it's not available here with out giving me any other options or any other way in which I could apply for it, she kept saying "it's not available here, I haven't see this deal before". Please properly train you'lls staff on how to treat customers, this experience led me to immediately go to another network with the Telkom deal and get a better offer.
