If i could give zero stars i would. This store is so covid rules this and that. There were 2 males standing together at 2 different consultants while i waited outside to enter. When it was my turn to be served i called my brother to accompany me as we were handling our matters together, the female consultant refused to let both of us be at her counter and implicitly stated only one per consultant. I was so furious as this lady had no empathy as i just lost my father and we had to handle his business. It has been a stressful week and then we had to deal with her too. If i wasnt as upset i would have brought this up in the store but i couldnt. I would rather go to another branch to never deal with them again. MXM.

Had a beautiful experience. Everyone was nice ,very handy and all of them have " wanting to help " attitude. Shop is very diverse and united which is something that is hard to find in SA . No question is stupid on that shop.
