Spare yourself the frustration and time. Rather go to a other service provider and pay a bit more. Not worth the wait and hours wasted.

Escalated 3 weeks' waiting for a phone-replacement to the manageress myself, unfortunately to no avail. A typical experience where red tape & incompetence seems more important than customer satisfaction I'm afraid. If you absolutely have to go and visit this store, ask for Rulane, the only helpful person who I must exclude in this bad review, he tried his best. Don't try the manageress, she won't be able to help you.
