The staff tried to assist as best they can. Eventually solved my problem after spending two hours in store. This incompetence seems to be a general Telkom malaise.

Tried to phone multiple times over various days. Never an answer. Imagine - a telecommunication company that is impossible to reach. Pathetic.

I am disconnected due to non payment of Telkom line in December... I have asked several times for an account to be sent so i can pay!! NO INVOICE HENCE NO PAYMENT.....Normal Business practice world over except here! They say billing delayed due to Post office inefficiency. Typical of all departments! Useless as expected. Noisy and unhelpful. Staff interest is only in eating, time off and closing time!

Hi I brought my device back to store before lock down and they did not give me a ref number for r it only a case number now I am still being charged and the store is still closed how do I get hold of the store when Telekom back office dnt want to stop charging me until I give them a reference number and so unfair to pay for something u dnt have

Wonderful branch of Telkom. Went in today for a SIM replacement and Kaya provided excellent service. She was helpful and took initiative. She deserves an award!

I can't give a zero but that would be my rating , service is terrible , they couldn't spell my name right even after looking at my ID, That then caused bigger issues when trying to acquire a contract which i am still dealing with the repercussions. I would recommend you not go there as MTN is right there. It's in your hands

I wish I can give this store 0 zero stars. I went in to do an upgrade mid-December, but instead the consultant gave me an entirely new contract with a new sim. Now I am sitting with an additional contract that I didn't want or need that I have to pay each month - over and above my current sim which I simply I wanted to upgrade. I am still struggling to have to have this sorted out and cancelled with telkom. I wish I can turn back time and prevent myself from walking into this horrible telkom branch which has caused me administrative hell.
