Like most Telkom stores the service is pathetic. Cannot pay your account there, cannot solve technical or account queries, you are always asked to call the helpline. No proper queing system, always slow. I've waited in the queue on average 30 minutes, only to get to the front to find out I cannot be assisted. I strongly recommend a boycott against all Telkom services. Once my contract is up I will be moving to another service provider. Telkom may be cheaper but if u pay peanuts you will get monkeys.

The only reason i give an additional star is to the field technician, friendly, quick and effective. The low rating is mainly due to the employee i always end up dealing with, that has a "rotten" attitude every time I've been there. Surprised nothing has been done about the poor rating this shop is getting.

I got an sms from Telkom saying they're coming to install adsl for my company and they haven't pitched. I called to try get some answers but no one is answering the phone! Do they ever answer the phone vele?

Took me to court, sued me and sold my private information to lawyers for cancelling my account- I have proof. They now threaten me on a regular basis, it's rediculous and they can get away with it because they are government owned.

Bad attitude, terrible experience, lack of customer care, long ques, store very small no seats for elders or the sick or pregnant, their land line rings forever nobody picks the phone. what kind of business is this??? very frustrating.

Dont even try to phone Telkom, it just doesn't work. Now imagine what an example it sets when the telecommunication company is unreachable via telephone!
