Most reviews seem to have a common theme, why does this store exist. They can never assist to do anything other than refer you to a different branch. The "systems" are usually offline. You literally have 3 staff or more in there doing nothing. Don't waste your time rather go to a different store.

Consistently the rudest and least helpful people, possibly in the entire universe. What's the point of a shop that has nothing to sell and everyone is the manager but not one person knows how to do their job? At least they always have lots of magazines and games to keep them busy, just do not interrupt them during lunch between 8:00 and 18:00

I am a very patient person but I cant stand people who do not want to do their job. Got turned back today when we wanted to sign up for two contracts because we got there 15 minutes before the store closes. The guy who works there told us that we cannot apply for the contract because we did not have all of our documentation printed out. Needless to say, very upset to have wasted my time, I ended up getting the two contracts with Vodacom.

Very frustrating when you know more about the Telkom products and solutions than the actual employees that are meant to be helping you.

If telkom can't provide a service, just close the shop. How to u go to get store to get a landline line contract, 2x prepaid cards ...and people can't provide a single solution. Mxwm!!!
