Slow staff, they take time to assist while there's long que. They failed to assist me with the sim swap they gave me some card and told me that it'll be alright the next day but it kept saying *No service*

There has to be a simpler way to return faulty devices, there should be a better way to deal with the queue, i went yesterday and today, in total it took about 2 - 2.5 hours of my life and I had to pay for parking twice and the issue was still not correctly noted\u200d️

Today was my 3rd day going to the store and still i wasn't helped, this is going on for almost a month. I was told that the lady that helpped me the 1st time was not in the store so i must come back. All I wanted was for them to port my number to telkom. But they cant get a simple thing done. Worse service ever, close the store down.
