The service is very bad i requested for help from the Saps but i couldn't get help. So the matter escalated to worse was trying to report a matter of urgency on behalf of someone else. I called serveral times asking for assistance and was told my matter is being attended to and is on the Screen Am very disappointed. I was also connected through the ambulance services but help dololo. I called from 4 pm until 7:40 asking for help and i was being told that the police are coming. No sign of the police or any form of communication or whatsoever

Horrible service I've never seen anything like this,how do police let criminals run while the captain and all the other police in temba police station sit on top of the front desk,waiting to knock off at 6:00 am on the 30th-06-2019 ,because it's 4:50 am must go back and come back after shifts change at 6:00am, couldn't report my stolen car,very very very upset with the people who committed to serving and protecting the community,they seem to be serving time instead•́ ‿ ,•̀
I little more respect for the public will be appreciated. Our police men and women are corrupted by power and uniform. Please treat people fairly, and the way that you would like to be treated as a human being.
Bad experience a lady in civil clothing sitting in the Csc not helpful at all after a case of Hijacking (Carjacking) reported could not assist by giving a case number just gives clients attitude, do not have her name but she was wearing a doek, bad attitude, date of occurrence 2017 April 09. Lots of people just sitting waiting for help does not help anyone busy with a phone giggling. Everyone was annoyed but scared to tell her. Detectives were very helpful. Thanks detective unit for the help. Poor/worst service ever at Saps Temba 0 rating
